On-site sales when the sanitary conditions allow it

For you buyers, 3 simple ways are available to you to participate in these sales:
- Live on site by a show of hands on the day of the auction. (A registration fee of $10 will be billed to you in order to obtain a valid buyer's number only on site).
- Live, by making your bets as the online sale is broadcast on the same day.
- By making your bets in advance, so that you can continue your daily activities without wasting precious hours. Be aware, however, that in the event of a tie, the computer system prioritizes live.

Retrieval of purchases:
****Buyers have a maximum of 3 days following the sale in which they participated to collect the items purchased. After these dates, a storage fee of $50/item will be added to your invoice.**** Different recovery conditions may apply. Inform yourself! It's your responsibility!
Please note that the merchandise pick-up address may be different from one item to another. The recovery address will then be indicated in the description of the item. It is your responsibility to ensure that you will be able to collect your purchases. Encan Ouellette will not cancel any sales for this reason.

It should be noted that all sales are final and that an 18% fee automatically applies to the invoice, as well as the usual sales taxes will be applicable to all your purchases.

Invoices must be paid in full before picking up your purchases. You must ensure that we have received your payment before coming to collect your goods.
