All consignors wishing to sell merchandise through Ouellette Auction must submit their items to the administrative office at least one week before the sale they wish to participate in, specifically by the preceding Friday.

Consignor Fees

- A minimum service fee of $50/item and/or 10% applies.

- For large items, a service fee of $250/item and/or 10% applies.

- For registered items, a minimum service fee of 10% ($250) applies.

- We also offer inventory taking services at your location if you wish to hold the sale on your premises.

- All items must be in good condition and in working order. Ouellette Auctions reserves the right to refuse merchandise if they deem the items to have no market value, are expired, illegal, or non-functional. Items must be ready for sale on a pallet upon receipt.

Consignors will receive their payment and a detailed report for their merchandise by check approximately 3-4 weeks after the sale, unless otherwise notified.
