All consignees who wish to sell marchandise via Auction Ouellette must submit items to the administrative office at least one week prior to the sale you wish to participate in, on the previous Wednesday.

Consignee rates:

– For all lots of $ 2,500 or less put in deposit, a minimum price of $ 50 / item or 10% applies.
– For articles of $ 2501 and more, 10% or $ 2000 max / item fee.

-We also offer the service of taking inventory directly at your place in case you want the sale to take place on your site.
-All items must be in good condition and functional. Auction Ouellette reserves the right to refuse merchandise if they deem that the items have no market value, are out of date, illegal or non-functional. They must be ready to sell on a pallet at the reception.

Consignees will receive payment and a detailed report for their merchandise by cheque approximately 3-4 weeks after the sale by mail unless specified otherwise.

PLANB 

SELLERS

All consignees who wish to sell merchandise via Plan B – The magazine must submit their items to the administrative office at least one week prior to the sale you wish to attend, which is the preceding Wednesday. You no longer have to move your inventory. If you wish, you can leave the goods in your warehouse.

1 – You must put a reserve price every items. If the price is reached during the sale your item will be automatically sold.

If the price is not reached, you have 2 hours after the sale to accept, refuse or make a counter offer. After the sale, a representative will contact you to discuss the received offers.

2 – Your item must be 10% below the actual market price to participate in our sales.

3 – You must register your item at least 7 days before the scheduled date.

4 – You will be responsible for billing the buyer and complying with all the laws of the Consumer Protection Office regarding a car dealership, if the conditions apply.

5 – Your item listed for sale will be linked with Plan B – The magazine’s team for only 10 days. If you withdraw it during this time you will have a penalty of 500$.

6 – You must fill out a descriptive sheet for each item registered for sale and put as much detail as possible.

7 – You must take your own pictures according to Plan B – The magazine’s team standards. If you are not comfortable, a representative can assist you for a quick training.

8 – Plan B – The magazine is not responsible for the non-payment of a buyer and his behavior.

9 – The registered vendor indemnifies and releases Plan B – The magazine and it’s directors from all legal actions, costs or charges arising out of the present or breach of its obligations, including inaccuracies in the description of the equipment, a malicious behavior of a buyer or improper operation of the internet platform on which your article is listed.
